Can this be corrected? I am no longer receiving alerts from my bank after I accidentally reported the text as junk.

Make sure the bank is in your contacts. The junk reporting is not really that powerful, it should not stop anything unless you actually blocked them.
It says
"Note: Reporting junk or spam doesn’t prevent the sender from sending messages, but you can block the number to stop receiving them."

Thanks I have received any alerts since I hit the junk button on Friday and i have this account set up for daily balance alerts
