I have noticed that my iPhone 14 pro 512 gb is heating up. When i use 5g/Cinematic mode, device is heating up rapidly. also battery is discharging bit fast, even though battery health is showing 100 %.I have contacted with apple support and they have done the diagnostic test and found there is no issue with soft ware. What could be the issue ? hardware defect ? Kindly suggest.

Device will get heat during high intensity . But when just turn on location in 5g , device will start theating up . Heating strated from back side of the phone ( just above the apple icon) and it is spreading to volume key side , then to whole screen and backside. Why this heating is this much rapid. Also during cinematic mode, why device is getting so heat rapidly . I did nt expect this from a high end device like 14 pro. I am typing this message in 4g and device started heating.
Also my battery finished 80% in 5 hours. I am using in 4g/5g .
