Upgrade storage

Hello.

I have an iphone 13 pro and i want to upgrade my storage to 200GB in icloud.

I have the card inrolled in Apple Play, i have enough founds in card ( is activated for online payments ) but my payment for upgrade storage is declined, whether it is done on the phone or whether it is done on the desktop.

Can someone have a solution for this issue?

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store. -

Payment method declined in iTunes or the App Store. -
