Unable to Change Country

I'm trying to buy apple care, but the region auto filled is completely wrong and I'm unable to change it. I made sure my iTunes and Music were both set to the right country. They already were. Any ideas on what to do next?

We see that you're trying to purchase AppleCare, but you're running in to an issue with the country/region that is showing on your device. We'd like to have you use the resource below and try the steps to change the country/region for your Apple ID account.


Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support


If you try the steps in that article and the issue remains, or the section is grayed out so that you cannot change it, you might want to double check to see if you have any restrictions set on your device. If you're not seeing any restrictions, then you'd want to reach out to Apple Support directly.
