Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have a 35 min. video with many title captions added. When I stop work all rendering has been done.
When the project is opened after a day or two all of the captions have to be rendered again. In other words it appears FCP is not remembering the rendering. Is there something I have missed or not set correctly ?

A few things can cause this, some effects and other processes, but why render at all. Switch off background rendering. Only render sections for playback that you need to, and if your system can’t play back simple projects with your media use proxies.
