I am not able to use the YouTube app because I can’t get it updated and everytime I try to update it says wrong password and I’ve change my password 3 times already, I am able to update other apps except the YouTube app so what should I do?

delete the app and redownload it from the App Store. this will associate the app with the Apple ID your device is currently logged into, not the one it used to be logged into last time you downloaded that app. Rinse repeat per app that does this.
