FaceTime Calls data usage???
Does FaceTime Calls use data for both caller and receiver?

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. If you and the recipient are on cellular data, than FaceTime would use cellular data. You can have your Apple device connected to a Wi-Fi connection to avoid using cellular data, if you're concerned about data usage with your wireless carrier. Here's more information about FaceTime:
