How do I put the apps on my phone in alphabetical order?

You will have to do that manually. There is no single action button that will do so on your Home Screen.
Note that the App Library already lists apps in alphabetical order for you. The App Library is the last Home Screen. You can get to it by continuing to Swipe Left until you reach it. Once in the App Library, then you can Pull Down on your screen and you will see the Apps in alphabetical order with a search bar on top.
