iPhone locked out after trying to enter passcode and I can't restart it

ive been waiting for couple of hours to unlock my iphone its been 24 hours since then, the time keeps stopping im realy frustrated about tgis!!!! please help me with this

my niece, a 2 year old child has been trying couple times entering my passcode. late that I realized it was locked out. and now, its been couple of 8hours I waited, and once you restart the phone it will go back to its original time. and its really frustraing

help me with this!!! this iphone thing *****
