Rebooting problem

Hi, I am using Iphone 8g after updating to ios 16 i am facing problems whenever i connect it to charger it restarts automatically and after restarting it doesn't charge and shows battery health on service but after using it for 3 to 5 minutes it reboots again and shows battery health 85 percent and starts charging but after sometime it reboots again like I am trying to charge it from 8am the charging was about 40% and now after 2 hours it charges only 20%

Hello AbrahamGhaffar,

If your iPhone is restarting specifically when you connect a charger to it, you'd want to test another charger (lightning cable and power adapter) to see if the same thing happens. This will help to isolate if the problem is coming from the device itself, or if the current charger you're using is causing it.

If the problem occurs with multiple chargers, then you'd want to contact Apple for assistance getting the device serviced: Get Support
