Passcodes can NOT be recovered or remotely reset.
If you can’t correctly enter the device’s pascode, your ONLY option is to reset it (erasing ALL data) and restore from a backup.
If you’ve been backing-up, this is a safe and easy process.
If you’ve not been backing up, the data on the phone is irrecoverable.
