Being absent minded i sometimes forget my phone or my iPad. I would like to put a permanent message on the lockscreen which has my phone number or email and a reward for returning it.

Take a picture of the info and set it as your lock screen.
I used to do that but it’s not a very nice Lock Screen and I like to change the image from time to time. Would be much simpler and more « apple » like to have the option to add text to be added in front of any image, like the new widgets.
