I am not able to pick my calls on watch because it's mic is not working

There are a few other reports of this too. Restarting your Apple Watch appears to clear the problem. Press and hold both the Digital Crown and the Side Button together until the screen goes dark and the Apple Logo appears on the screen. It will take a minute for the watch to reboot.
