What you're asking isn't possible, but we do have a few suggestions:

1. While we're unsure of the reason why you'd want to use a new Apple ID instead of your older one, if you decide to use your older Apple ID, along with iCloud Messages, you can sync all of your text messages from your older iPhone to the new one using these steps: Use Messages in iCloud
2. iCloud would also let you sync other information from your iPhone, like contacts for example: Sign in to iCloud on all your devices
3. One more thing we wanted to suggest is restoring your new iPhone from your older iPhone backup, and this is also possible using iCloud Backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
