Seems like my phone is in SOS mode. It says SOS on the top right corner and I cannot call nor receive calls

Please try this: Power your iPhone off by selecting Settings > General then scrolling down to Shut Down. Slide to power off. Wait several minutes then turn it back on by pressing the crown button until you see the Apple logo. Release the crown. If this does not work, please come back and let us know.
