Can I extend my expired Apple Care for my iPhone in Thailand?

I've bought apple care+ for my iPhone 14 Pro Max in Thailand.

After 2 years, the apple care+ will expire.

When it happens, can I extend further more?

I'm asking because it states only few countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
