To install apps form outside the App Store, you will need a profile that allows the app to be installed.

Your IT department must tell you where to download this profile from., Once its setup on your iPhone under Settings->General->VPN & Device Management you can trust the developer there and the App should then open and work.

You need to work with your IT department for custom apps like that, There are no steps form Apple’s side as it depends entirely on the App.

Hi again .. I contact my it department at work and they say I need to install the at first .

What do you mean by "the at".

If its a profile, then you need to download the profile form wherever your IT department says it is and it will get applied to the iPhone.

Then you can install the app.

Have you followed your IT departments instructions?
