Air Pods Pro/Find My App

New Air Pods Pro connected to iPhone, iPad, and Air, no problem. They won’t show up on the Find My App. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using the same Apple ID on all of your Apple devices? What is the exact iOS version installed on your iPhone? Please go to Settings > General > About > VersionWhat is the exact iPadOS installed on your iPad? Settings > General > About > Version. Do you have two-factor authentication set up for your Apple ID? If Find My enabled? Please go to Settings > Apple ID > Find My > Find My [Device]. These answers will help us to isolate the cause.
