Putting AirPods in Find My:

On the device these are paired with, be certain Bluetooth is enabled. Turn on Find My network for AirPods.

Go to: Set Up Find My On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support
Scroll to: Turn on Find My network for AirPods Pro or AirPods Max
Proceed form there as necessary
