eSim issues with Metro by T-Mobile

Hey, just an update. I was able to set up the eSim from the My Metro app. Seems their service was down for a bit and I just had to wait.

I thought so, but Metro was acquired by T-Mobile, so I think they’re considered one company. I’ve been on the phone with their representatives twice in the past two days and they have the website set up to switch to eSim, but can’t seem to figure out the “technical problem” error message I keep having.
