How to Open Apps in Full Size

Hi,

is there a way to Open apps in full size automatically?

Whenever i open, i have to expand to cover all screen. I would like that size by default. Is this possible?

Do you mean Full Screen?

All of my apps re-open in the size I left them.

I never use full screen, so I don't know if you quit them in Full Screen if they will re-open in Full Screen.

This seems to indicate you can as long as you quit the app and not close the window.
