For the airpod pros when i went to blue tooth there was a little arrow I can press that allowed me to change from noise canceling to transparency to off, for my air pod pros 2 it shows and it shows each ones charge but there's no arrow
For the AirPods Pro 2 this feature is switched to the 'Audio' tab.
First navigate to the audio tab:
Then here you will find the AirPods Pro 2 with the little arrow:
And when you open this menu you get to choose your preferred mode of listening:
