Access icloud when no longer have an apple device

Hi, I'm replacing my iphone with an android - Xiaomi. I don't have any other Apple devices. Will I still be able to access the data stored on Icloud - mostly photos and videos, from a web browser? The full 5GB provided free on Icloud are used.
