Shortcuts automation failed after updating to iOS 16
Automation fail every time ..it is show encountered an error .this problem is coming after ios16 upgrade

For an automation that you have created, we’re going to recommend some basic troubleshooting.
First, if there are any third-party apps involved, make sure the apps are all up to date - How to manually update apps on your Apple device
Next, if you haven’t already, restart any devices and/or accessories involved with your automation including your iPhone. Restart your iPhone
If your automation relies on a network connection, be sure there is no VPN or security software installed. If there is, temporarily remove it and test again.
