iPhone 7 Plus stuck

iPhone 7 Plus has been updating to iOS 15.7 since last night. Keeps showing screen with apple logo and loading bar and once loading bar completes, the loading bar starts all over again.

It’s also not easy to turn off the iPhone completely while it’s stuck on updating. Even after turning off the iPhone completely and then turning it back on after a few hours, apple logo and loading bar reappears.

Have tried to restart the iphone by holding down both volume down button and side button at the same time but the apple logo and loading bar just reappears.

Have also tried connecting to iTunes via laptop where it downloads but then after some time, it stops on the laptop and get the same apple logo and loading bar again on the iPhone. The iPhone even dies (battery drained) while using a cable connected to the laptop.

Please assist. Thank you!!

After you update iOS or iPadOS, restore from a backup, or erase your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, your device displays the Apple logo with a progress bar. When this occurs, the progress bar might be moving very slowly or seem like it isn't moving. Let the device complete the update, restore, or erase process.
