Finding phone with I watch

Anyone know how to change the tone for this? Since I downloaded the iOS 16 it changed the sound for this and now I can’t find it as easy

Change tone for "find my phone" from watch This last software update changed the tone that is played by the phone when I use my watch to locate it. I do this often, and the new (more strident) tone is scaring my dog. How do I change it??

Sound recognition Can you explain to me what is the point of the sound recognition option in the iPhone? I found it only useful if you have Apple Watch and an iPhone but what about if you have only an iPhone, how can this be useful then?

I'm afraid the sounds are written in stone and are not changeable.
