I purchased a new Magic Keyboard and it drained to 2% in a few days, (the old keyboard the charge stayed 1-2 months). So I decided to charge to 20% and see how fast it drains. I noticed that the charge level started going up to 21-22-23 without charging... weird. The reason...???

What model of iMac and version of macOS are you running? Your posting's automatic footnote says you have an:

The reason I ask is because the new version of the Apple Magic Keyboard requires a Mac with macOS Big Sur 11.3 or later.
If your Mac is indeed using macOS High Sierra 10.13, there may be a compatibility issue. Luckily, any iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch), can be upgraded to at least macOS Big Sur, and maybe even newer depending on the exact model/generation.
If your Mac is already running macOS Big Sur or later, and you still notice these issues, I would contact Apple Support:
