iPhone Housing
Wanted to sell my iPhone to a company but they have told me that the housing is non UK, so the condition of the phone is deemed faulty 🤷🏻♀️ how can you tell whether it’s UK or non-UK?

Greetings Catie_W,
For hardware issues with a device, we recommend that you work directly with an Apple authorized service tech. In the UK, that can be done through an Apple Authorized Service Provider or an Apple Store. Here’s a link that can help you locate one near you - Find Locations - Apple
Thanks.
Perhaps the model number for the UK is different. No clue but were they correct? Did you purchase the iPhone in another country? If that is indeed the case then you will have to find another method of selling it if that’s your goal.
So I’m actually yet to receive my device back from the company. My device was an insurance claim issued device as I didn’t have AppleCare cover. I did however take a screenshot of the model number and it matches up with a UK model. That’s why I’m so confused by the whole thing.
