Some songs aren’t playing

We see that you're having an issue with your music not playing on your iPhone. Let's start by having you close the Music app, restart your device and then test to see if the issue remains.

If the issue remains, we'd like to ask a few questions to help with isolating this issue:

• If you restart the device, does the issue remain?
• Is this happening with all songs or just certain ones?
• Are these songs downloaded to the device from Apple Music or from another source?
