Apple TV “an error occurred loading this content” ..Apple Tv fails to activate even after using Apple configurator 2

For months I’ve been able to stream shows from my iPad to my Apple TV ( model A1469) 3rd generation I think.?

I followed instructions with Apple configurator 2, which I’ve used before to successfully solve this problem when I’ve had it in the past, when it would say “An error occurred loading this content, try again later” but it still isn’t working this time even though I went through process a few times. If you look at photo below, it used to say Activation : Success (or something like that) below where it says Signal Strength .. now it doesn’t say anything at all below Signal Strength.. unless I hit the up arrow on my Apple TV remote then it will say Wi-fi BSSID: c2:ff:d4:88:a4:4f, if I hit up arrow again it says wi-fi channel 53, and if I hit it again it says Bonjour Device ID 2c:b4:3a:0f:ad:f6 …. I can stream from YouTube on my iPad to Apple TV, but I can’t stream tv shows from a website that I was able to a few days ago… any suggestions appreciated. Is there something else other than Apple configurator 2 I can try?
