Cellular connection on an iPad

Since I foolishly didn’t get Cellular on my iPad Pro latest edition, are there any device’s that I can connect to my iPad to get Wi-Fi or cellular when my power goes out, which happens quite often, I live in Florida summer storms and hurricanes 🥲

Whilst a WiFi Only iPad cannot be transformed into a WiFi+Cellular model, you can use the hotspot feature of a mobile phone - or a Cellular Broadband Router (often known as a MiFi Router) - to access Cellular networks.
