So I recently got the MacBook Air, with the Monterey 12.4 update, and I’m trying to use my cac to log into the website’s and it’s saying it reads the card however the website says I need access from the admin, or it states “website unavailable” I would like an explanation on why it won’t allow me to access these websites.

While you aren’t needing the “CAC Piece” … I’m fairly confident that the lack of the necessary DoD certs on your new machine is causing your issue.

FWIW, I had to effectively perform this same DoD cert install procedure on a windows box not too long ago.
