accessing appletv+

I have a subscription (in free trial period now). When I use the appletv remote for my tv (or my iphone mirroring it), after entering my password, my iPhone (or the tv) gets a message with 6 digits it asks me to enter (like how I got here) BUT no place to enter the 6 digits appears.

Where on the appletv menu can I enter those 6 digits?

Note, when I had to enter 4 digits to pair my iPhone with the appletv, a place to enter the 4 digits appeared on the tv screen - no problem.
