Playing June’s Journey, and wanting to make an In-game purchase. I’m not able to make purchases, a screen says “Something has gone wrong with purchase”. Went into Apple Pay, checked for any problems and re-entered security code. Made sure money was transferred to cover the cost. I’ve shut the IPad down. Still saying “ something has gone wrong”. If there is anything else that is needed to be done, the help would be great. Thank you for your time and help

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one

Add money to your Apple ID balance

Add money to your Apple Account balance – Apple Support (UK)


If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
