In game purchase failed but payment went through

I bought 2 fifa mobile packs with in game purchase. It went smoothly, but for the third time, when apple services requested on my upi app it also went through. The payment was successful, so I went back to my game. But it showed purchase failed. I hadn’t received my resources nor my refund. Plz help. I also have my payment record. But the problem is it’s not even showing in my Apple ID purchases. What to do? Help will be really appreciated. I by mistake chose iPhone 7 down here. It happened on my iPhone 13

There are various kinds of in-app / in-game purchases. (Sorry I don't know that particular game.):

You might want to see how in-app purchases are supposed to work:

Buy additional app features with in-app purchases and subscriptions - Apple Support

Seems the money may have gone straight to the game-developer or vendor ?

The best source of help for a product not made by Apple (a third-party product)

is the company or person who made it—its vendor or developer:

Billing and Subscriptions Support have a contact link at the bottom of their web-site:

(eg: online chat / phone / email etc.)

Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
