Re: "I bought an in app purchase but did not receive it"
Wondering if the in-app purchase (fifa points) were consumables that do not carry over from the time there were purchased, or were a purchase that you can restore.
You might want to restart your device (Eg: Restart iPhone or iPad)
and then check if your fifa points purchase updated in the app.
If not:
You can check to see if the fifa points were something you can restore
What to do: If you can't find or use your in-app purchases – Apple Support
says:
- "Open the app that you used to buy the item.
- Look for an option to restore. You may find it in the app's store, main menu, Settings menu or Options menu".

Re: the purchase is not showing up in my purchase history
NB: Check if restarting helped it show up:
Some purchases may not be refundable by Apple, because they do not receive the purchase-money..
Eg: In some games, in-app purchases are used up as soon as they are purchased, and the app developer has the money..
