Hi Pandabear2,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. First, it may be helpful to connect to a charger as that might cause the Apple Watch to respond with a different screen.

Next, since your Apple Watch is stuck on a spinning circle, we would recommend a restart. Or if that does not give you results, as a last resort, try a force restart. Both restart methods are mentioned in Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support. Force restart is as follows:

Force restart your Apple Watch
You should force restart your Apple Watch as a last resort and only if it's not responding.
Don’t force restart your Apple Watch if you're updating watchOS. After you see the Apple logo and progress wheel, leave your watch alone and on its charger until the update finishes.
To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

If you've tried a force restart and the same continues, it may be best to reach out to Apple Support.

Take care.
