3rd Party Apps Won't Open In Macbook Pro 2018

Hi , Im using my Macbook Pro 2018, im using it with MacOs Monterey Version 12.6 (21G115)

I turn my Macbook on as usual and for that only time i discovered a problem running apps. After trying to find the problem, i discovered that the issue was about the 3rd party apps that i have installed, the mac apps (finder, mail, safari, contacts, calendar, remainders, etc.) are all working normal.

i check my os updates and found that there was a pending update, so i decided to run them. unfortunately, after running it, I restarted the Macbook and the issue still happen.

My System Preferences/Security & Privacy/General/Allow apps downloaded from ANYWHERE.

The apps is : Bluestacks, Meta Trader 4.

I would really appreciate any comment, suggestion, or case that someone have experienced and of course some suggestions on how to fix it.

Thanks.

That security setting only works if the app developer is a registered developer on good terms with Apple and the developer has properly notarized their app with Apple. If you download an app from a website and the developer is not registered with Apple or the app is not properly notarized, then you will need to tell GateKeeper that it is Ok to run the app. The easiest way I have found to do this is by Right-clicking or Control-clicking on the app and selecting "Open". You should be presented with a pop up alert telling you this app has been downloaded from the web and may not be safe. It will ask you how you want to proceed. If you trust the app is legitimate and safe, then click "Open" in the alert pop-up window.

Here is an Apple article about how to run apps downloaded from the web from unidentified developers and un-notarized apps:

Safely open apps on your Mac - Apple Support

However, this article does not mention the method I suggested earlier. I find that many times the "Security" pane as shown in your screenshot will not provide the "Open Anyway" button as described in the Apple article I linked. I just resort to Control-clicking the app to run it the first time. After you grant macOS & GateKeeper permission to run the app, then the next time you launch the app you should be able to launch it normally by double-clicking the app.
