I can’t use the aid pods because my ears are slightly deformed and they don’t stay in. I can’t use the ear buds because my phone is charging. I am okay with the update you made moving the jack to the bottom so it’s easier to put in my pocket but giving the iPhone a cloaca is a design regression.
