Loud Environment notifications
I keep her this on my watch like 3-4 times a day ?! What is this and what should I do or how to stop it?

It is telling you that there is a lot of noise.
You can turn this off.
From your iPhone>Watch>Noise>Environmental Sounds>Toggle this off
also change the level from the default of 90 decibels to Off or something higher
