Hello ceasar274,
Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. You turn off the Lock Screen on the iPhone by going to Settings > Face ID & Passcode. In this section you can disable "iPhone Unlock" and "Turn Passcode Off."
This will remove having to enter your passcode and Face ID to unlock your iPhone.
