Change Date Format

All of a sudden today when I'm entering birthdates, anniversaries to my contacts,

the first date will be correct in the right format but if I try to add anything after that it all goes to Chinese. I went to Settings > General > Language & Region and changed it to Gregorian but it didn't change anything. Please help.

Calendar year showing in a different language I believe that my calendar has set itself to show the year in Japanese after last update. Fortunately I can still see the months. The dates on the photos have also changed and after checking the settings are in the right language and time zone I am not sure how to fix it.

Canada Date Format There is no option to set the date in the common Canadian format which is used be most Canadians (English and French) of DD-MM-YYYY. This is extremely frustrating. Canadians do not use the American format of MM/DD/YYYY. Nor do we use YYYY-MM-DD, which is only used by our federal government for administrative purposes. The majority of Canadians use the DD-MM-YYYY format. I do NOT want to have to set my region to the UK to set the date format because then my phone starts loading the UK versions of websites and automatically changes things. Is there any way to set the date properly without changing my region??? If not could Apple PLEASE fix this?

Numbers display date as MM/DD/YYYY Hello. I've been trying to change the date format that is displayed in Numbers, but to no avail. I've got region set to Poland, Europe, as always. I've got the date set as DD.MM.YYYY. But despite this, the date is still being presented in MM/DD/YYYY format. How do I change this? I use the latest Ventura system. Unfortunately, trying to change the region and the date and returning to my preferences doesn't fix the date format.
