How do I fix this?

On the Bluetooth section in settings my AirPods Pro’s are connected; however, when I follow the steps listed in this article, my AirPods are still not listed or in use as the audio output. How do I reset AirPod Pros?


Side note, this question is challenging to write on a phone, I’m a teenager but I can see that it might be difficult for others as well. Also, AirPods are not listed in the devices section.
