My Airpods Pro won't provide settings.

How do I fix my airpods Pro so that I can access settings through the (i) in the bluetooth settings?

I've attempted to reset my airpods (following the instructions to the 't'). I've unpaired/ forgotten the device, and paired again. I've gone through the whole chat and call process with apple support. Nothing.

They also don't show up in the >about area in >general under >settings.
