Not receiving Apple receipt emails Just noticed that I haven't been receiving Apple receipts in my emails since March 2021. I have consistently used the same .mac email as my Apple ID for years. I can see the charges in my iTunes account settings, and I can even click on "Resend receipt" but nothing happens. (Obviously, I'm also getting billed on my credit card as well.) I am not receiving the email receipts. It's just very difficult to print the receipts for invoicing/PO purposes from my iTunes account. Apple should have at least have a "Print Receipt" or "Download PDF of Receipt" option in iTunes Store account settings. Highly annoying.

You can change the email address for your Apple ID by logging in at appleid.apple.com and making the changes.
