Where is the gift option in iOS 16?. It does not appear on my 13Pro when I click the “share” button.

I am trying to gift an app named Fashabit Intermitent Fasting from the AppStore on my iPhone 13.
I have tried with other apps but no use.
I am in Mexico AppStore. The Apple website in Spanish shows the procedure to “gift”, but it does not show. I have rebooted my phone, logged in and out of AppStore, and I am running iOS 16.
