I’ve purchased an iPhone 14 pro max online and picked it up the next day in store. I’ve traded in my 13 pro max throughout the process and I was wondering if I can bring the phone to the store instead of waiting for a trade in kit and then shipping it back again. Even if the credit has to be applied to a gift card, can that go towards the iPhone 14 pro max purchase and credit the refund to my card used?

If you did the trade in when placing your order then yes you can turn it in at the store and the credit will be submitted to the original payment card. If you didn't decide to do the trade in until after the fact you will need to contact Apple directly for clarity. They likely won’t give you the credit to your card and you won’t be able to convert a gift card to a refund to your card. But ask to be sure
