My facebook page has been hijacked and a code generator added without my consent, any idea on how to bypass two step verification on signing in? Also it's a new phone so unrecognized

I got hacked now can’t sign into Facebook or messenger….please help Hi. So I was hacked the other day. Had to change so many passwords in my phone. My phone was being wierd so I reset it. Now I can get onto Facebook through safari but even then it signs me out of there sometimes. I can’t get the app or messenger to work. On the app it keeps displaying this message: Go to your authentication app Enter the 6-digit code for this account from the two-factor authentication app that you set up (such as Duo Mobile or Google Authenticator). I don’t have a code and I have been on Facebook for a long time since the site first started. I don’t know what to do I’ve been through the help sections. Tried sending emails but got no reply. I’ve spent hours trying to figure it out. On the safari bit I’ve tried on there as well, sometimes I get the message saying you can’t change this right now. Please help… Thankyou

How do I resolve 'We could not authenticate you' error during Facebook login with two-factor identification? I use two-factor identification for logging on to Facebook. Recently after I receive the code from Facebook and enter it, I frequently get this message, even though almost no time has lapsed between the time I receive the code from Facebook and enter it. "We could not authenticate you. This might happen if too much time passed after you began authentication flow. You will be redirected to the start of the flow." Sometimes if I wait the required 3 minutes, then request a new code and enter it, I'm allowed to log in. Sometimes I get the same message again. Right now I'm in Facebook jail--I don't get their code at all. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

facebook I have a similar question that was asked earlier. I installed a new Facebook account on my laptop because I was hacked. But when I go to my desktop, it only shows the earlier account that was hacked. I have a similar problem with my iPhone although this time it keeps asking me for a security key/ thank you

talk to facebook or look at their support site.

they have no number to call and thousands of complaints online about terrible customer service. they don't even have a direct email to message and explain my situation. :/
