Out of curiosity, what process are you using to create a screenshot? Usually, it’s not something that you would activate by accident, in which case you probably wouldn’t feel a need to disable it. However, it is possible to set the Accessibility features to take a screenshot by merely tapping the back of your phone, and I could see a desire to deactivate that.
