Why is there no option to turn OFF "Sync paused to save battery power" for iCloud photo sync??

I don't want it to save battery power, I need it to upload my photos and videos to iCloud, not have to restart the sync every half hour!

Full battery yet iCloud photo sync keeps pausing to save battery power I have been trying to sync my photos to iCloud for days now. Aside from being painfully slow, it keeps pausing the sync because it wants to preserve battery power. My phone is it at 100% charge. I do not need to conserve battery power. Syncing photos with iCloud slow Previous thread closed. M3 Max MB Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, photo synch has become unbearable the last several months. Both devices fully updated to latest OSs. This slowness affects all devices. Previous thread suggested killing the bird process might help. Tried that and no luck. Coincidentally, or maybe not, I went over 100k photos recently, though I have 2 TB iCloud and it's only ~ ½ full. HELP! Synching seems ALWAYS paused for "system performance". Well, my devices are restarted regularly, powered up almost always, and usually updated the day patches/updates are released. How much "system performance" pausing of iCloud synch is required, seriously? Oh, and being able to see a list of items yet to be synched would be very useful.

Delays with syncing photos to iCloud A few days ago, my phone started bugging, so I thought it would be a good idea to sync all my photos and other data to iCloud to back up my phone in case something goes wrong. I'm currently on 200 GB of storage from a family plan. However, I've been syncing for at this point 4 days, and only about 20% of my photos/videos have synced. Is this a normal wait time, or should I try to increase the sync speed?
